How have I changed as a result of this experience?
I learned not to qualify the importance of the work according to the size of the work. For the range of other projects, at first I felt that this one was not necessarily the most important, but I understood that as meaning he was even higher, because it is a very personal interpretation by the person who creates the map. I was also very interested in working with sculptures in a subtractive process as in the case of this work. I hope to continue with the process of creating graduating next semester with the subjects I chose, because I believe this working with physical objects is very important about my thoughts on forms.

What parts of the experience were the most/least valuable and why?
I believe that was part of the experience More interesting to me was working with a new material, and understand how this material was transformed over time. Another very important aspect in this whole process was attempted composition I made with ink (big rock) because I believed that if I just put a piece in each of the three faces of my sculpture, it would become very decorative and ornate, but after my several attempts, I concluded that this was the composition that best meet the criteria of the assignment.

How does what I learned relate to my other courses/co-curricular activities/ or to me as a person?
Definitely the scale we work on this project is very different from what I'm used to working in architecture and even arts, so the handling of such a small scale associated with a high level of fine detail was important in my experience. Normally, we're used to thinking that the larger and imposing the object is, the greater its importance and significance, but this assignment proved otherwise because my little sculpture has many layers of meaning.

What specific skills have I practiced/ do I need to develop to do a better job next time?
I was amazed at how the material was becoming over time, and I enjoyed working with all the tools provided in class. At first I thought that this type of stone carving would take too long, but I was wrong and I was very happy to work with this technique. This assignment was quite different from others because it required a concept plan and then for the next time I try to have a more converged on what I like to do with my project.
